Making your special arrangements

Getting a quote is simple! Just send an email or contact us by telephone. Ensure to have as much information as possible about your wedding. Details should include:-

• Wedding Date
• Wedding Venue(s)
• Solo/Duo/Trio/Full Band required
• Duration of performance(s)
• Any equipment that will be provided
• Any special requirements
• Tel number

We will contact you to discuss your arrangements further. Should you then decide to make a provisional booking, you will be sent our ‘Wedding Selection’ cd with a letter confirming the arrangements discussed and including your quote.

Take a little time to make up your mind! We can hold your wedding date as a provisional booking for up to four weeks, however we do recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if you wish to book.

To confirm your booking we simply require a non-refundable deposit (25% of your quoted fee). We’ll then send back a letter of confirmation, contract and receipt of your deposit.

• All the recorded background music that is supplied during breaks
• All the time and any costs incurred getting to and from your event
• All sound equipment and lighting
• Set up and break down time on the day
• Public Liability Insurance
• PAT Test certificates for all electrical equipment
• Liaison with you regarding the arrangements for your day
• Liaison with your venue prior to the day to discuss arrival, set up etc.
